MEET AND GREET SERVICES
RED Athens Rent a Car company provide the Meet and Greet Services for our customers at Athens International Airport, Pireaus Port and Rafina Port. Also we deliver/collect our cars, for your convenience, at hotel or residence within Athens City limits, as well at our Offices at Acharnes Athens.
Athens International Airport (El. Venizelos)
Pick-up instructions:
Α member of our staff will be waiting for you at the car rental parking of all companies within the Airport, with a Hand Held sign with your name or with sign [RED RENT A CAR]. We will make the contract and you are ready to go! If you don't show, the booking will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be provided. In case of any possible delay, please contact the RED Athens Rent a Car representative to agree on an extension of the waiting period.
Drop-off instructions:
We will be waiting you at the Departure Building Gate 1, after appointment with our representative, to collect the car.
Pireaus Port and Rafina Port
Pick-up instructions:
The delivery of the rental car will take place after consultation with a representative of our company for the exact location of the Port! A representative be there with a Hand Held Sign with your name or with our sign [RED RENT A CAR].If you don't show, the booking will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be provided. In case of any possible delay, please contact the RED Athens Rent a Car representative to agree on an extension of the waiting period.
Drop-off instructions:
We will be waiting you at the Port, after appointment with our representative to collect the car.
* (Car delivery / collection services at Ports or out of office working hours may incur additional costs)
Athens Hotel / Athens City Center / Attica Private Marinas
Pick-up instructions:
The rental car will be delivered there after an appointment with one of our reprensetative that will have been arranged in advance with our company. An additional charge may apply for delivery and collection; you’ll be informed on booking if applicable.If you don't show, the booking will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be provided. In case of any possible delay, please contact the RED Athens Rent a Car company and/or our Office Manager to agree on an extension of the waiting period.
Drop-off instructions:
We can collect the car from the Hotel / Marina after an appointment with on of our representatives.
There will be an additional cost of 25€ per service for pickups and collections at Hotel/Athens City Center/Marinas
